Attending the premiere of “Cleopatra” at the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival earlier today, model Joan Smalls looked stunning in an Emilio Pucci dress from the label’s pre-fall 2013 collection. The Puerto Rican model wore the powder pink lace and chiffon long-sleeve gown with a crystal encrusted belt and strappy heels.
