Samsung has announced the Galaxy S4 zoom, a smartphone equipped with a 16-megapixel camera and a 10x optical zoom lens. The latest device to join Samsung's Galaxy S4 line, the zoom features a CMOS sensor, optical image stabilization, and a Xenon flash. Included with the camera / phone is the company's new Zoom Ring, which can be used to quickly send photos to whomever you're talking to with the help of the In-Call Photo Share feature.
On the smartphone side of things, the Galaxy S4 zoom uses a 4.3-inch 960 x 540 Super AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and is equipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz. To help hold all of those photos, the zoom comes with 8GB of on-board storage (actual free space listed at 5GB) plus microSD card support up to 64GB.
