Designer Victoria Beckham graces her second Vogue cover of the year, appearing on the September issue of Vogue Australia. Victoria previously appeared on Chinese edition of the magazine. The dark-haired fashion star wears a camisole dress from Louis Vuitton’s fall 2013 collection for the new issue which hits newsstands in Australia on August 19th.
