Italian designer Alberta Ferretti presented a folkloric outing for her spring 2014 collection preview. Pretty looks featuring ruffles, floral prints and lace brought a romantic take to the new season. The look evokes Spanish and Southern Italian style with an old school femininity.
Colors are bold for spring; spanning from lively reds to sunset oranges as well as a focus on black and white. We’ve seen a lot of florals this season, but Ferretti adds bold stripes into the mix with horizontal and vertical arrangements.
