Actress Zooey Deschanel is joined by Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Hilfger amongst other celebrities at the launch of her capsule collection for the American label at The London Hotel on 9 April in West Hollywood. Attending were Deschanel’s New Girl co-stars Max Greenfiel, Lamorne Morris and Eva Amurri Martino, as well as Jennifer Morrison, Malin Akerman, Tony Hale, Peter Facinelli, Ally Hilfiger & Steve Hash, James Van Der Beek, Brian Geraghty, Ioan Gruffudd and wife Alice Evans, Lauren Cohan, Alanna Masterson, Ari Gaynor, Angie Harmon, Jordana Brewster, Rodrigo Santoro, DJ Mia Moretti and designer George Esquivel.

The collection features 16 dresses and accessories in a signature Tommy palette of red, white and blue were designed by Tommy and Zooey using her signature style as inspiration. The flattering silhouettes range from classic coats and shirtdresses to specialty peek-a-boo styles, with prints hidden inside the pleats. Crisp, mod-shapes are combined with nautical touches. Bright and upbeat, To Tommy, From Zooey, captures the buoyant attitude of the sixties, the decade in which Hilfiger made his fashion debut and from which Deschanel draws much of her fashion inspiration.

The collection will be available on macys.com and tommy.com on April 10 and in select Macy’s and Tommy Hilfiger stores on April 14.
