Mitzo Restaurant & Bar in Singapore Launches Splendid Crab Feast
By SENATUS Dining | 4 October 2016

Mitzo Restaurant & Bar located at Grand Park Orchard in Singapore, serving progressive Cantonese cuisine, welcomes the hairy crab season with a twist, the Sri Lankan Crab.

With a 5-course Splendid Crab Feast menu costing S$98++ per person for a minimum of two in the party, the alternative take on the traditional hairy crab delicacy is available from 1 October to 9 December 2016.

The sweet and succulent Sri Lankan crab meat dishes by Executive Head Chef Nicky Ng, sees a dim sum platter of steamed crab meat and chicken soup dumpling served with a straw made out of a crab leg shell, as a starter.

This is followed by a crispy crab claw filo topped with crab roe, and fragrant rice in superior broth with crab meat paired with crispy rice.

Rounding up the Splendid Crab Feast menu is a light and refreshing Peach resin and Chrysanthemum aiyu jelly dessert to cleanse the palette.
