Thailand’s floating market provides the inspiration for the two new seasonal colours in RIMOWA’s Essential collection – Bamboo and Mango.

RIMOWA’s Essential collection, reputed for its craftsmanship as the world’s first polycarbonate suitcase, stirs up wonderfully new travel moods with its new palette. Mango is a bright and sunny orange that nods to Thailand’s ubiquitous fruit, while Bamboo, a soft shade of light green, evokes the locally-grown grass put to diverse uses, from construction to cuisine. Accompanied by a trio of vibrant stickers celebrating Thailand’s vibrant culture, the launch reminds us of the excitement of exploration.

To complete the look, the seasonal colours are also available in several key accessories; the RIMOWA Personal, a cross-body bag crafted from the same grooved polycarbonate as the Essential suitcase, is now available in Bamboo, as are iPhone cases for the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max.

Available in three sizes, Cabin, Check-In L and Trunk Plus, the RIMOWA Essential in Mango and Bamboo, the RIMOWA Personal in Bamboo, and the RIMOWA Thailand-inspired Sticker Set will be available worldwide in RIMOWA stores from 17 June, while the RIMOWA iPhone cases in Bamboo will be available in stores from mid-July.
