Frederique Constant Classics Runabout Automatic - epitomizing Italian beachside elegance and the Dolce Vita lifestyle
By SENATUS Editor | 22 July 2024

The Classics Runabout collection by Frederique Constant epitomizes Italian beachside elegance and the Dolce Vita lifestyle. Known for its natural, relaxed, and chic design since 2013, the latest limited-edition models, created with the Riva Historical Society, introduce a vibrant electric blue piece reminiscent of the sea. This striking blue is featured on the dial, hands, hour markers, and the topstitching on the calfskin strap.

Available in 42mm and 36mm sizes, each with just 1,888 pieces produced, these editions continue the collaboration between Frederique Constant and the Riva Historical Society, honoring the iconic Riva motorboats. The 2024 Classics Runabout Automatic edition features a sporty three-hands-and-date design, with a dynamic electric blue dial that changes with the light.

The dial’s Clou de Paris guilloche finish and satin-polished hour dial features luminous teal-coated hour markers and hands that match the dial. The steel case is water-resistant up to 50 meters. Powered by the reliable FC-303 movement with a 38-hour power reserve, the watch features a sapphire crystal case back with the Riva Historical Society’s flag logo. Each piece is presented in a box with a miniature Riva replica.
