max.tan "BLANK FRAMES" Fall Winter 2012-13
By SENATUS News | 4 June 2012

Playing with the idea of a portrait frame, Singapore fashion label, max.tan Fall Winter 2012/ 2013 "BLANK FRAMES" is an experimentation of new trigonometry and geometrical methods of clothes making where new relationships between the fabric and the wearer are formed. Through his unique drapery, max.tan has discarded standard drafting rules to create soft jacquard knits and garments that lose the flat, rigid forms and in that sculptural approach, Fashion has taken on a new shape in it's conformation to the wearer’s body.
