Following the successful grand opening party of his newest flagship boutique at Mandarin Gallery Singapore, designer Paul Smith will be the subject of a new exhibition at the London Design Museum on November 20, 2012.

The showcase will explore a year in the different stages of the design, production and marketing that goes into the making of his runway collection, offering visitors an in depth look into Sir Paul Smith's creative design process. In addition, the retrospective would also look back at the designer's extensive career, from the opening of his first shop in Nottingham to the global expansion of his label.

Visitors will also discover his motivations and the places, people and cultures that inspire him. Another focus will be the designer's shop interiors, which are known for their originality and personality.

The Paul Smith exhibition will open at the Design Museum from 20th November 2012 through till the 2nd March 2014.
