Julien Fournie to feature "First Retrospective" at ATTITUDE-STHLM 2012
By SENATUS News | 22 October 2012

After he had interned with fashion greats like Christian Dior and Givenchy, after he had assisted Jean Paul Gaultier and Claude Montana, after hehad been named the Creative Director of the houses of Torrente and ramosport, the next natural step for Julien Fournié was to launch his own fashion house in 2009.

Today, Julien Fournié is one of extremely few fashion designers who have met the criteria to be elected a ”guest member” in the prestigious Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture official calendar most prestigious runway shows in Paris. In his first Haute Couture show as a guest member of Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture, Fournié chose to present his creations exclusively on black models – something considered ground breaking in the fashion world.

Julien Fournié is visiting ATTITUDE-STHLM 2012 to celebrate what Scandinavian design has brought the world and to give the premier of First Retrospective – a show looking back at his career as a Haute Couture designer.
