With the quiet glamour that only Chanel can conjure, the House has opened the doors to its first-ever shoe boutique in Singapore, located on the first floor of ION Orchard.
Unveiled on 3 October 2025, the 125-square-metre space has been designed by Peter Marino — the New York–based architect and longtime Chanel collaborator — who has once again distilled the Maison’s aesthetic codes into architecture: an elegant symphony of beige, white and black.
The façade, all glass and gold-lit alcoves, draws the eye to the latest collections displayed like objets d’art. Step inside and the mood shifts to a cocoon of Parisian refinement — tweed sofas, bespoke carpets and black lacquered floors envelop guests in a setting that feels more like a private salon than a retail space.
Above, a sculptural chandelier of golden brass and rock crystal by Goossens glows softly, mirrored by a painting of camellias by Peter Dayton — a poetic nod to Mademoiselle Chanel’s favourite bloom.
Here, style seekers can discover Chanel’s iconic footwear, from timeless two-tone slingbacks and ballet flats to the latest arrivals from the Fall-Winter 2025/26 collection. Among them, a pair of sleek black stretch and patent leather ankle boots perched delicately on pearl-set heels — the perfect embodiment of Chanel’s enduring balance between elegance and innovation.
