LK Property Group, developers of Capitol Grand South Yarra, have announced Charlize Theron as the face and brand ambassador of Melbourne's first six-star residential and luxury retail destination at the corner of Toorak Road and Chapel Street.

Chief Executive of LK Property Group Larry Kestelman said the Academy Award winner was the perfect choice to represent the international luxury that Capitol Grand will bring to Melbourne.

The South African actress stars in an impressive multimedia campaign created for Capitol Grand with the enticing tagline 'Lead me into Temptation.'

The entire development has been designed by award-winning architects Bates Smart who have created the towers to appear differently from every angle.

The total cost of the development is estimated to be in excess of A$500 million and initial works will begin late this year with expected completion by end of 2017.

All residents will have access to luxurious facilities including a private open garden designed by award winning landscape gardener Jack Merlo, a 25m swimming pool, media and private dining rooms, spa treatment rooms and five-star gymnasium facilities.

Upper-level tower residents will have access to private facilities including a separate pool area incorporating 360 degree views of Melbourne.

A full underground multi-car garaging space is available to residents.
