THE MOËT & CHANDON CENTENNIAL DINNER
On 9th September 2009, 100 selected individuals will be invited to a special gala dinner hosted by Jean Berchon, Vice President of Communication at Moët & Chandon, and a direct descendant of the Chandon family. This exquisite dinner will be held at One On The Bund, a venue chosen for its historical locale and magnificent view overlooking the Marina Bay waterfront.
To celebrate this occasion, Benoît Gouez, Moët & Chandon’s Chef de Cave, has released one of the six remaining bottles of Moët & Chandon Dry Impérial 1904 from the cellars of Moët & Chandon in Epernay – the original vintage shipped to Singapore in 1909. This exceptional bottle has been disgorged for the occasion and will be auctionned on the night of the gala.
Presented in a luxurious coffret to mark the centennial of Moët & Chandon in Singapore, this 75 cl bottle has an estimated value of S$20,000.
The auction will also include a handcrafted, numbered limited edition masterpiece - Moët & Chandon Golden Methuselah covered in gold leaf paired with an Impérial Sceptre, valued at S$3,300.
