MILAN Veuve Clicquot’s introduction of a new eco-friendly gift box for its champagne included the introduction of the Comet Lamp Tom Dixon, unveiled recently at the Salone Internazionale at the Milan Furniture Fair. With that, Veuve Clicquot reaffirms its commitment to innovation in taste and design.

The creation of the piece was a natural process for Tom Dixon, who was inspired by the new Veuve Clicquot DesignBox. Based on principles of enginerring and geometry, he was able to transform simple mathematical shapes like the box cube to spheres to create the sophisticated complex beauty that is the Comet Lamp.
