'Time, A Hermès Object' Exhibition at Ngee Ann City Singapore

24 May 2019

By Natalie White

From 25 May to 2 June 2019, Hermès invites visitors to its pop-up installation at the atrium of Ngee Ann City in Singapore to discover time as a playground, alongside the introduction of the brand's newest timepieces for this year.

Enter the purpose-built 'time observatory' and play a game with time in the colourful labyrinth, accentuated by mysterious light pulses.

Perceptions are blurred to the point where the visitor begins to hear voices... and even come across secret conversations and strange stories, through audio that is played within this maze.

Watches appear as you step up towards the booth, and these include the Arceau L'heure de la lune, Galop d'Hermès, Carré H and Cape Cod – all objects vividly expressing the horological and creative essence of the House, its latest novelties, inviting the public to have fun while playing with them.

Experience the world of Hermès time through light, sound and motion effects, in this temporal space.
