In partnership with retailer Cortina Watch, Vacheron Constantin is holding the inaugural "One of Not Many" exhibition at the atrium of Paragon Shopping Center in Singapore from 17 to 23 October.
"One of not many" is a theme that defines the exceptional universe Vacheron Constantin has embodied for more than 260 years. In the prestigious realm of Fine Watchmaking, the Maison is profoundly attached to human values and enriched by expertise passed on across generations of master watchmakers and artisans. In short, Vacheron Constantin timepieces are unique, not aplenty, cherished for all the right reasons.
Founded in 1755, Vacheron Constantin is the oldest watch manufacturer in continuous operation. For more than 260 years, it has been constantly reinventing itself in keeping with the purest Fine Watchmaking traditions.
Visitors to the exhibition can discover the Maison's Patrimony, Traditionnelle and Overseas collections – with a range of mid to high complications including the exclusive Traditionnelle Tourbillon, Overseas Ultra- thin Perpetual Calendar, Patrimony Ultra-thin Calibre 1731 and Traditionnelle Calibre 2253.
Highlighting the exhibition is the newly-launched Fiftysix collection. Fiftysix - a name and a date evoking an iconic Vacheron Constantin model from 1956. This modern, elegant and relaxed collection with its resolutely cosmopolitan style expresses its personality through the contrast between the classic dial and the daring case. The latter is notably inspired by the Maltese cross-shaped emblem of the Maison that is also picked up on the openworked pink gold oscillating weight.
