Fresh from scoring big wins at the recent Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), Taeyang announced he will be bringing his world tour to Singapore.

The World Tour is named after his second studio album Rise, which peaked at #112 on the US Billboard 200 Chart, becoming the highest ranking album by a Korean soloist to enter the chart.

The album's title track #">Eyes, Nose, Lips peaked at #1 on Billboard K-pop Hot 100 Chart, giving him his first solo number one single on the chart.

At the MAMA 2014, the singer-songwriter landed Best Male Artist, Best Vocal Performance Male and Song of the Year.

The singer from South Korean Kpop band BIG BANG who has had an exceptional year so far, will be making stops at a total of nine cities across seven countries, including China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore and will kick off in Hong Kong on 10 January.

Organized by Flabbergast Productions, the concert will be held at the Singapore Expo Hall 3, on 8 February 2015.

Tickets priced at $318 (VVIP), 228, 178 and 128 will go on sale on 18 December at 10am with a special priority booking release for DBS/POSB Credit/Debit Cards, followed by a general release to the public on 19 December. Available with a $4 booking fee via SISTIC authorised agents, SISTIC hotline, SISTIC mobile apps and the SISTIC website.
