Bulova's new Limited Edition Lunar Pilot Meteorite

24 January 2024

Introducing Bulova's new Limited Edition Lunar Pilot Meteorite, based on a specially commissioned Bulova chronograph that was worn on the moon during the Apollo 15 mission on August 2, 1971, and now featuring a dial made with genuine Muonionalusta meteorite.

This 4.5-billion-year-old iron meteorite was discovered in Scandinavia in 1906—and each dial’s appearance is unique with a varied crystalline pattern, so no two dials are alike. More than just a conversation piece, this collector’s watch is powered by our proprietary high-precision quartz movement with a smooth sweep second hand. Limited to 5,000 numbered pieces worldwide, it comes with a storybook and limited-edition card and makes a stellar gift for space race buffs and earthly explorers.
