Set against a backdrop of what looks like the interior of an old colonial mansion or a church, Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco, who has just closed off another exceptional year in the fashion scene with his designs featured in a music video of Beyonce's latest album as well as global publications, unveils his 2014 collection entitled 'The Impalpable Dream of ANDALUSIA'.
