Comète de CHANEL
By SENATUS Watches & Jewelry | 24 January 2016

Glittering with diamonds and edgier than ever, the comet sparkles in a jewelry collection designed by CHANEL for the Winter 2016 season.

For Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel, the star and the comet were sources of inspiration that highlight the eternal beauty of women, and she would feature them in her first fine jewellery collection, "Bijoux de Diamonds" in Paris back in 1932, adding:

"I wanted to cover women in constellations of stars. Stars of all sizes."

Likewise the comet, a symbol of beauty, movement and liberty, has equally become an emblem for the fine jewellery of CHANEL.
