Nico Rosberg Becomes Newest Rolex Ambassador
By SENATUS Magazine | 4 April 2018

Former Formula One world champion Nico Rosberg becomes the newest ambassador for Rolex, which the brand calls a "Rolex Testimonee". The news comes after Formula One's 2018 season got underway on Saturday with the Melbourne Grand Prix in Australia.

Rosberg signed a three-year personal endorsement deal with Swiss watch company, joining its roster of champions that includes British former Formula One racing driver Sir Jackie Stewart and tennis great Roger Federer.

Rosberg, who retired from Formula One in December 2016, added "I have always admired Rolex’s prestigious history and involvement in sport. Rolex has long-been synonymous with excellence and has partnered with some of the greatest athletes in the history of sport. Therefore, I am proud to join this remarkable list of names before me as an ambassador of Rolex.

"My life has revolved around timing and my racing has always come down to those final split seconds, so I am delighted to become a Rolex testimonee and represent the brand on a global stage."
