This year marked the 10th anniversary of the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace. It’s an event that offers classic car connoisseurs the opportunity to admire mechanical ingenuity and craftsmanship in a royal setting on the outskirts of London from 2 to 4 September 2022.

Next to the legends of the road and of the racetrack, the timepieces of A. Lange & Söhne made the weekend an unforgettable experience for all those who appreciate mechanical beauty in all its forms. A. Lange & Söhne used the opportunity to announce a unique, hand-crafted piece specially developed for the Concours of Elegance and dedicated to a charitable cause.

Premiered at the event, the 1815 CHRONOGRAPH “Hampton Court Edition” wias then auctioned at the Geneva Watch Auction XVI on the 6th of November 2022 by Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo for the benefit of The Prince's Trust.
