Junya Watanabe is in a somber mood for the new season. Clad in dusty hues of gray and brown, the men of Junya Watanabe took to the catwalk with a Depression-era attitude. Fits were semi-relaxed and coats as well as trousers were patched. Accented with stripes and plaid, Junya Watanabe’s quiet outing delivered a lifeline with quilted outerwear, revitalizing classics such as the duffle coat.
