Mad but Swiss, that's the motto of Roger Dubuis, the Swiss watchmaking brand that is anything but conventional.
Risk-taking, pushing boundaries and defying rules, that's the fearless approach that Roger Dubuis has come to be known for, all this whilst boasting its strong Swiss watchmaking credentials.
In doing things different, the brand has drawn inspiration from other industries, offering its customers something uniquely different, truly memorable. This avant-garde attitude was fully exhibited by a recent showcase event in Macau.
The kickoff gala dinner saw the attendance of Taiwanese rap star Will Pan, the famous coach on the popular Chinese hip hop music show The Rap of China. Guests were greeted at the venue by massive mirrors displaying the powerful Raging Mechanics of Lamborghini.
In a startling 5 meters high burst of carbon, a code-breaking decor revealed the new Excalibur Spider Ultimate Carbon timepiece epitomising the Hyperwatches and innovative materials of Roger Dubuis.
The occasion also saw the introduction of a new skeleton signature concept dedicated to ladies with the Excalibur Shooting Star trilogy.
The next day got even "madder," with guests invited to join the FFF Racing team to feel the thrill of Lamborghini supercars for themselves. Participants got their wits thrown about in a drift car, did a race lap with a former Formula One driver at the wheel, and even drove a Huracan Perfomante to top it all off!
Against the backdrop of three distinct themes in the form of Lamborghini, Hyperwatch and Shooting star, this unique immersion into the disruptive universe of Roger Dubuis proved to be a larger-than-life expression of its commitment to heart-pumping moments and what it actually means to be Mad But Swiss.
