Samsung Fashion Steps Out 2013, organized by Orchard Road Business Association, is fashion and shopping festival that promises style and urban chic as a bonanza of exciting events and activities unfolds over six unforgettable weeks from 28 March to 19 May.
Showcasing the latest Spring/Summer collections from around the globe and retailed at establishments located on Orchard Road, the heart of Singapore's shopping district, key events will include:
Raffles Design Institute for Fashion Prints. A Trunk Show | 26 Mar to 12 May | An outdoor fashion art installation brings to life the hues of Spring and Summer, on the trees that line Orchard Road decorated to the nines in one-of-a-kind fashion prints designed by the students of Raffles Design Institute using the Samsung Note 10.1 LTE.
FSO VIP Opening Party @ Paragon | 28 Mar | The FSO season kicks off with a party for VIPs, celebrities, guests and media at Paragon with a sneak preview of all the fun and style one can expect during the six-week Spring/Summer celebrations.
Fashion Pops @ Mandarin Gallery | 12 Apr to 21 Apr | Get your hands on exclusive Fashion Steps Out merchandise from your favourite brands as they take to the streets at Fashion Pops, an outdoor lifestyle bazaar on Orchard Road. Shop to your heart’s content with limited-edition fashion pieces and accessories inspired by the 2013 Spring/Summer season.
Orchard Road Fashion Runway on Orchard Road | 4 May | Orchard Road celebrates fashion and the launch of the new and exciting Samsung GALAXY S 4 LTE with a traffic-stopping runway show right on the road itself. Expect to see more than 150 models strut down the road as they showcase the latest Spring/Summer collections from local and international brands.

On 17 March 2012, 100 regional and local models took to the runway in a fashion show of highstreet brands including Vivienne Westwood, DSquared2, iCB, Maria Grachvogel and more, set amidst alfresco café-style seating for VIPs, guests and shoppers.
